Shopify Counter

Fonctionne que la moitié du temps les données sont erronées. vraiment déçue car j'ai le display qui ne va plus servir...... quel gaspillage d'argent et de temps

We were asked by shopify to upgrade to this app:
"We notified you via email to install the new Shopify Counter App to improve functionality and create a more seamless experience. As a result, the original app will now officially sunset on March 1, 2026 and will no longer work after that date."

Unfortunate the new app is as bad or even worse than the previous app.
It's impossible to show the number we want. We are on Shopify+ and would like to show consolidated turnover of our 2 stores.

Would love to connect the app to a custom shopify report, next select the number we want to send to smiirl

Terrible. Has worked fine in the past (even though it randomly spazzes out and cycles through every number in every reel from time to time). Two days ago it just stopped reporting numbers, then it cycled through all the numbers repeatedly and was blank slots in each position. Unplugged and plugged in, still does nothing. Now Shopify "apps" section just gives an error message. Believe all the one-star and complaint reviews on here.

The app doesn't reset the counter when the time hits 0:00. It just keeps adding numbers - The work-around is to load the app daily and change a setting for the numbers to update correctly.

Exactly what everyone says, ever since the update the counter doesn't work anymore, completely worthless.

It doesn’t work. It completely ignored the settings I configured for the counter and kept counting up, even when I hadn’t received any orders.

I tried reaching out to Shopify support, since it’s listed as their app, but the AI bot wouldn’t log the bug or connect me to a real person.

So I went back to the old counter app, which seems to be working for now.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else, the old app worked great. This new one is a pain. Every 1 order the counter goes up by 2. I have to reset it everyday. And it keeps flipping randomly throughout the day. Disappointed, I've had the counter for a year now and never had issues until now.

I own 4 Shopify counters, 3 using the old app (works well) and 1 using the new (doesn't work at all).

Shopify refuse to let you use the old app, so you're forced to use the new app which doesn't work.

Check the other reviews, it's not worth buying the counter at the moment.

It doesn't work, as others have stated. The main issue is that it does not reset at the end of the day. Seems like such a simple fix, yet Shopify doesn't care to fix it. Insane.

This new version of the app does not work. First the number was wrong and now the number on the counter keeps going up by 2 for every one sale. The old app was so great, I just set it and forgot about it and it worked!
