I was previously using Mailchimp along with Squarespace and I find this to be so much easier to use, plus it's all included with your Shopify subscription and links to all of your products. Very Happy!

If would be better if can send emails too all customers ever paid. For a new online business we do not have a lot of subscribers.

I loved how easy it was. I will use the Email feature a lot in the future. The process was very straight forward and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Setting up all my emails flows etc, was pretty straight forward, except for 1 thing. It didn't send out ANY of my automated emails.

I do not know why shopify moved to forcing this app to send out emails for abandoned cart and abandoned checkout.

Buena para emails sencillos, bastante bien integrado con shopify. Una gran decepción es que los mails no sean traducibles con la app de shopify Translate&Adapt.

No useful analytics make this a pretty bad system. No way to see who is opening, clicking, bouncing, or unsubscribing. No way to see who got email and who didn't if there is a problem. No way to clean up my lists. No way to improve engagement when I can't actually see which customers are engaging and which ones aren't. It feels bad on purpose - like Shopify wants us to take our business elsewhere because they don't want to be bothered with this. If that's not the case, please fix it asap.

I'm sorry to hear that the inability to track the metrics you've cited has made using the Shopify Email app a negative experience for you, and can appreciate why this lack of transparency is frustrating. Looks promising. However, I would like to see this app provide the ability to automatically send a welcome email to new subscribers. It would also be nice if the welcome email could include a discount code, say 15% off for signing up.

I like this app for sending emails to our customers. The end result is very clean and professional looking. I also like that it pulls in our product information directly from our website.

However, it is WAY too difficult to figure out. For example, it's nearly impossible to find a "Send Email" button. I want to re-send an email to remind customers of our fundraiser tonight, and can't figure out a way to do this. PLEASE provide an easier-to-use interface. Thanks!
