I love the workflow, and everything is perfect so far.

It's not perfect, but I like that it's free and easy to use. I wish it had more free images.

It’s been good I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use..

Its great, great statistic, works really easy - only not fun is, that external links in the email arent tracked.

So easy to update and style the emails. Thank you Shopify!

Does what I need it to do

I would recommend this app 100% its so easy to manage once you get the hang of everything. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this platform.

Quite easy to setup campaigns and start sending beautifully designed marketing emails

Room to improve. Could be a bit more user friendly since not everyone is a developer or going to fully understand how this app works. It has a learning curve to it. It does work, but to really build anything out that is intricate or detailed you may need to hire help or really know your stuff. They have some basic templates in play can get you started but in time you may find out you need additional customer journeys or email campaigns and be required to build them manually.
