UPDATE:
I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I received few emails from customer support and they enabled the app. I like the simplicity of the app but it seems it is still being developed as we speak because it it very slow for me. I'm sure they will get it right!
I don't understand...I installed the app and it says:
"Shopify Email is coming soon
Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."
Why do you advertise something, and let people install it, if it's not avaliable?

We just downloaded this app to our store and completed 1 email campaign. The templates are very professional. The setup process was very easy and seamless.
The app works fine. It’s a little basic and simple. It’s good for those that are just starting out with Email Marketing.

Super easy to use. It uses the website colours, so the e-mail is in perfect alignment with our brand appearance. Great integration with the discount function in the Shopify settings - and helps to create one's own marketing campaign and become independent from social media that can remove your customer base in an instance. Love it!

I now remember why I uninstalled this last November. I spent a lot of time setting up my automations and I noticed they were not being sent. Spent more hours with support trying to understand why they were not sent. He told me that that the "time frame" has not been met. Ok, so I wait. He said if I have an issue to reopen the chat. Well, the automation is set for 4 hours, and at hour 5, still not sent. Reopened the chat and nothing haven't heard a word. So now, I have several emails that could have been sales, lost because the app is not working as it's suppose to. Nicki Lynn Jewelry

I understand you have some concerns about delays in your emails being sent out when using the Shopify Email app. If you are sending emails out to 1000+ subscribers then your emails may be sent in batches. This is to reduce the risk of the emails being flagged as spam by email providers. I used the browser version. But it was definitely easy to navigate. I would love to see more font styles, but I guess I need to explore it a bit more.
Needs more layout options! It's good, but it's needs more creative options to do different layouts. Needs ability to changes size of images. Thanks! Also, I had trouble filtering my customers by the product they bought. I needed to send out an email to all my customers who pre-ordered left handed picks, and I had to manually tag 200 customers. There needs to be the ability to filter customers by the product they purchased. Shopify is great though. Nice work!
