I like the 10,000 free emails/month, and the cost for over that amount is very reasonable. I would like to be able to choose a font that I want for all of my emails - or to somehow set a preferred font for me. It would be great if the email populated into my Facebook, Twitter, Threads, etc. This is the only thing I miss from Mail Chimp. Love the products insert. Saves me soooo much work. It would be great to be able to edit photos while in the emails. Would also be great if we could insert photos into the gallery using URLs instead of having to save a photo on my laptop and then upload it. You have the feature in the individual products so it should also work here. The list of Campaigns needs to have the date of the sending on it. You have all these little details about sessions, amt of sales, type. But no date of sending. The review feature is quite helpful. Have caught a few misses with that one. It would be great to have a choice of 1-3 images to go with a single block of text. I know you have that number of images but each text is separate. Sometimes I want multiple pics of the same item and just want to say something about it as a whole, not each individual pic.

It's easy to use, and the analytics and insights are incredibly valuable. I've used other bulk email services and this one is outstanding for its transparency in which emails have bounced or who reported you as spam. It just took me one pass to clean up my list and now I'm confident I'm actually reaching people who actually want to hear from me. Thumbs up from me!
pretty good. the price is amazing. while i wish they had many more features, allowing us to auto schedule and resend unopened emails to customers would be amazing.
I truly stood by Shopify emails vs an email app. I would even refer our friends to Shopify emails instead privy or klaviyo. Since the 4th of July all of my emails have been failing. I have followed every step Shopify customer service has asked me to do and it still does not work. Because of this our sales have decreased and it has been a headache.
I feel like shopify made a ton of updates this summer to the interface and email sales channel and I just wish it would go back to normal.
Unfortunately I am going to be switching to a third party for our email campaigns.

Basic and effective and FREE. With a small, one person business who is just trying to start off, this is essential as even a $35/month charge hurts when you are beginning!! We have stuck with this free app and just utilized all we could out of it. It has worked for us and again... its FREE so be thankful!

1. Saves me from needing an outside app like MailChimp.
2. All of my mass emails have a professional look.
3. Many templates.
4. Easy links.
Easy to use and navigate, for a non tech savy person. Great choice in organizing emails.

I have received more than one complaint of email abuse due to the settings being so challenging for me.
I obviously did not use this well but am done with it
