No "Opt-In" radio button...?

Why isn't there a signup form with an opt-in radio button? This is a legal requirement in the EU.

It prevents us from growing our mailing list through promotions and competitions.

While we're unable to offer any legal advice for the EU or in general, we'd be happy to share your feedback with our development team in regards to having an opt-in radio button. However, for the time being, feel free to check out some of our recommended alternatives: Klaviyo (https://shopify.link/Ao6K), Omnisend (https://shopify.link/Bo5A), Mailchimp (https://shopify.link/Ko3r), or Seguno (https://shopify.link/ypJk).

That being said, it may also be possible to explore some theme customizations and implement radio buttons. Though this isn't something that's supported by our Theme Support, you can consider hiring a developer to assist you if you're not comfortable working with coding languages. It may be limited but I received more customers that clicked on the email and came to my store than I have ever gotten on Kalviyo, Constant Contact, Or Mail Chimp. Bravo Shopify I cant wait to see new features and scheduling to be added. Would love to be able to add a coupon code also. 98% of my emails were delivered successfully!

I LOVE THIS APP! It makes email totally easy, professional looking and completely trackable in the tracking you already see in Shopify analytics. LOVE not logging out and having direct access to products within the email app and NOT being forced to log into another online program to deal with. Makes email quick and simple.

Would love to be able to insert pdfs designed in Canva with hyperlinks. Would also love to have the feature to resend the email only to those who haven't opened in instead of again to everyone.

I use Shopify Email as a small business with currently 1455 email subscribers and it works perfect for me. I love that its free and easy to adjust.
