Worst app i've ever used. It keeps sending out an automated email to my customers post purchase that I did not authorize! Even when I delete this app it keeps sending them out. Please stop sending automation emails!!!!

What is happening with Shopify Email? All test emails look horrible- they are either with extremely small text compared to what I set up, or some photos slip away from where it's supposed to stay, or some texts stick too close to other texts. I contacted their online support, but not very helpful. Very frustrating.

I had a hard time using. For exemple there is no way to found how to automate a personalised name for each client of my list. I had also some trouble importing from my list from a .csv file even when using shopify .csv template.

Abandoned checkout automation does not support multilingual features, so all the customer get the email only in one language and it is not translated in each customer's language. THIS IS CRAZY!
Why are you still not supporting multilingual websites?
Shopify Multilingual API has been out for 2 years and this is a native application from Shopify.
You are pressing shopify store owners to use the new marketing automations (abandoned cart, checkout, product page, welcome email...) but still all the template sections inside the Shopify Email creator are only available in one language (the main one).
With the actual situation, we can not use the new automations, we can not use your sections, basically everything is not usable.
I have been waiting and waiting, but still nothing from shopify, no feedback.

After Mailchimp revoke I was looking for such App for Email marketing. Shopify's solution is small, compact, and perfectly suitable for small stores and small lists. If you don't have very specific requirements then Shopify Email gets work done nice and clean. I also like the simple drag and drop email designer.
its great. i tried alot of other apps and they were more difficult than this . the price is great and so far so good.

this app in my opinion deserve zero but 1 star for better pricing , but everything else is bad. I tried to like it but unfortunately Mailchimp and others offer way much better tools. I do wish Mailchimp didn't delete their app in Shopify. I know there is a tool to connect the Mailchimp account but still you will need to deal with the third party and encounter other issues. If Shopify Mail offer the following suggestions/wishes maybe I will give them a second shot and reevaluate this app: 1) Shopify Mail need more report Analytics tools like the ones in Mailchimp, I don't know who unsubscribed or the visitors count from each country and etc.
2) no bounce report, no report on a lot of things!!!
3) within the composer, there are no many to add on like where are the dividers? why can not control the footer? why not add HTML code like Mailchimp? and so on. Bottom line, this app need a lot to be done and they should since they made changes to their terms which lead maiclhimp leaving the platform. I do hope they add a lot of goodies until then, this app as the current state is very trash (sorry to say that).
