App is good, Working perfectly for me, but need more attractive email templates. Currently very few templates are availabe. Expecting better templates as per recent trends

First of all, hats off to you guys for seeing the need for shop owners having mass email capabilities. I like the templates and how they automatically sync to my shop's colors and that the product images are all there. I'd like to see this app be more robust though. I've been using and still have a ConvertKit subscription. I'm use to a few more bells and whistles, like the ability to add the tag that personalizes each email with the customer's name, the ability to segment my subscriber list easily and tailor my content to my customer's preferences, etc. The app is off to a great start. It just needs more enhancing.

i just find it so convenient and for a novice like me, it helps a lot in keeping on track with email updates ect

We must be able to add/create/use our custom HTML email template or we must be able to use our Shopify Notification based email templates.

I hope, an update will come soon about this.

Any other things are awesome.

Great Service I just wish it would show up in regular emails instead of the Promotions tab. I can not wait for the other email templates to come out!

I have used many other apps that get the job done but they can be confusing. I really enjoy the simplicity of this one.

Very Useful and very easy to use. It saved me a lot of time and I have managed to send the emails I want to my customers.

product images no longer showing when I go to create a new newsletter email campaign. A very buggy app and basic in its design edit inputs in general. Have to open in Chrome as Firefox has a meltdown trying to run it usually. Just a frustrating feature that should be flawless.

Very easy to use email builder. Horrible customer segmentation. Can't email people based on collection they did/did not purchase. Also can't email multiple segments at the same time.
