Super simple, really cheap, and easy to use. Love it :) I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a more low budget alternative.

The app is good, but i would like to have additional features for it to be great and a true substitution to the other email services. I would like to have:
1. a very simple image crop/editing tool so that it is easier to adjust certain images
2. some ways to change the font sizes in the footer

Using the Email Marketing app is amazing! cant wait to use again next month. The ease of changing the template to fit our business was simple.

It would be more convenient, if I could copy and paste the template because its not easy to input all the information e.g. for the footer everytime I want to send a newsletter other than that its very useful.

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available. Why do you publish an unavailable app here?
Update:Now I added the app. It's not always free. Paid for emails over 2000. But Shopify will control your marketing and shut down your email before it is sent to all of your customers. Although I paid the money. They only sent out 70% emails. It is very frustrating not having the control over your own list.

I used this app and helps me create emails to engage with customers. However, more seasonal designs could help to target customers.

It is really user friendly. It would be nice if you could add several pictures in a Frame instead of just one picture.

Extremely easy to install and use. I've just drafted my first email that I will send out when I launch my website, and it couldn't have been easier!

I really love that Shopify has added this app for us to use straight from our Shopify Admin. It is pretty easy to use and since it is new I don't expect it to have all the bells and whistles that the other email marketing apps offer. However, I don't use this app much because it does not offer email automation which is a huge need for my business. I find myself still using my other email apps for the automation process. If Shopify could add this feature, I would switch over for sure! I think the pricing is fair and the convenience is optimal.

I like the app, but I don't care much for the templates. They seem to be out of date. Also, how do I update my business physical address.

As for updating your business physical address, this pulls from your store’s business settings. Check out the steps to update that here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/intro-to-shopify/initial-setup/setup-business-settings#set-or-change-your-business-address
