I love using it, very simple. But I do wish I could sort through my emails by draft or not. I have some drafts that have gotten lost in the mix of emails that have been sent and emails that are scheduled. I would love to be able to sort by status.

It's great, but my biggest issue is that I don't have the option to display my emails based on their title, and not the subject line. I have several workflows that use the same or similar subjects so it's impossible to tell them apart without opening them. Would be great to have the option (or even make Title default over Subject). That is how MailChimp does it.

I wish Shopify Email offered a template specifically for sharing blog posts. While the "Newsletter" template works great for monthly updates, I would love a nurturing email template for weekly value-based content. Since Shopify emphasizes blogging and has a great blog integration, why not include a dedicated email template for sharing blog posts and similar content?

Was needing a simple email template/app to notify my customers who have subscribed to emails about new products and luckily for me, shopify has one, super! Gives you ideas and prefills products for ya, that's a big help for someone who's just starting out and still learning.

We've been using the app for over a year and we really love it. However there are a few things the app is missing that would make it even better:

1. Image search: It would be great if we had the ability to search for a particular image rather than scrolling to find it or uploading a gazillion copies of the same one.

2. Collection section: Currently only products can be added. Adding a collection requires a workaround of adding an image, linking the image and button to a particular collection, etc.

These two upgrades would really make Shopify Email reach the next level. Other than that, we love the app. It's a must for any business small or big.

BEWARE! There are a lot of small problems with this app, however the biggest by far was the Black Friday Incident where no one could send out emails. The second HUGE issue is that they have hidden sending limits. They don't disclose this to you UNTIL you hit their hidden sending limit thus preventing you from sending or scheduling emails. Oh and best part? When you do hit the hidden sending limit and they disclose this to you - it is INACCURATE! They wouldn't let us send or schedule an email cause our limit is 200,000 emails in a day. Guess what? We didn't even send 100,000 emails. Oh and support is absolutely no help whatsoever. Save yourself the time, trouble and money by going with a third party email system that is made for ecommerce companies with an actual decent email editor. Oh and I should also mention our email stats are all in the green, so great stats and still cannot send emails. Now we have to migrate to a new platform and start email warming all over again. What a huge waste of time.

Newsletter sent, WOW alignments are ruined, product titles overlapping.
you contact support they say its working as its supposed, and OFC refers you to shopify experts!
I am already paying Shopify! why would i pay more to experts!

*The emails alignment never works on Yahoo mail! and they will refer you to Shopify experts!

The app is really intuitive and easy to use. The templates are simple and elegant and with the backing of Shopify's secure servers and low spam / bounce rates it all makes for a very pleasant experience!

We are a small organisation and we moved from Klaviyo to this Shopify mainly due to cost. We were concerned that the move would be troublesome!!! BUT, the move was painless and we are happy with our new email applicaiton. It is easy to use and 'learning' it took only a little time.

The app is easy to use and very handy. However, there should be more options to see results as a whole - in a determined period of time we should be able to see the accumulated metrics of: sessions, revenue, conversion rate and new subscribers as a whole.
