I like it but it would be better if it have a graphic about abandoned cart.
It would also be amazing if the emails could be modified with more options.

Excellent email system and really easy to use, and cost effective. So ideal to be able to just pick products and then make cvhjanges to text etc - really versatile.
A couple of things could be improved, the system only allows a certain amount of emails each week which can be annoying if you have an urgent one to get to all your contacts, ansd you've already used up the quota. Also would be great if we could see who has actually clicked on the email like the info that Mailchimp give you.

If you don't want to pay a LARGE monthly fee and you do not want to inundate your customer base with emails this is the way to go! I only send emails during my off-season and even then it's only one a month! So I am happy to pay their fees and not have a really high monthly cost! I would like to see a little more customization but it's still getting the point across at a great price!

This is the first time I have used it and I like the ease and speed that I can communicate with my customers. I'm a spoiled MailChimp user, but at times I need something easy and integrated to use in addition. Looking forward to future growth and open to switching all my email if the results are good.

I'm glad Shopify finally came out with email service! I have been able to replace my basic Omnisend account. However, Shopify needs to add the ability to create welcome/flow/automatic emails in order to compete with real email services. Please add it soon!

Hallo im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr cooles Tool! Habe nur ein Problem und zwar habe Ich gesehen das Automatisierte Emails teilweiße nicht versendet werden oder beim Empfänger ankommen! Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll. Bitte um Hilfe! Danke

UPDATE:
I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I received few emails from customer support and they enabled the app. I like the simplicity of the app but it seems it is still being developed as we speak because it it very slow for me. I'm sure they will get it right!

I don't understand...I installed the app and it says:

"Shopify Email is coming soon

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."

Why do you advertise something, and let people install it, if it's not avaliable?

Install this APP , but still can't work now !
So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....
