Easy to use, does what it needs to do. Nothing more, nothing less.
Basic and effective and FREE. With a small, one person business who is just trying to start off, this is essential as even a $35/month charge hurts when you are beginning!! We have stuck with this free app and just utilized all we could out of it. It has worked for us and again... its FREE so be thankful!
Easy and has many templates and features. No need to pay for marketing when you can have it for free!
Easy to use! Templates are good! The only thing I wish I could do was surveys!

Completely unreliable. Sometimes it says send and no one ever receives that emails. On many occasions our emails went out several hours after the scheduled time. If you are looking for the minimum reliability of email newsletter getting delivered and getting delivered when it is scheduled DO NOT USE this app.

easy to use wish it had more templates but over all great tool
I wish there were more customization options available or additional types of sections. Overall, this is a simple and effective way to set up email campaigns and flows!
I wish there were more advanced options, but I like it as a standard and simple to use email creator. I would love to make fancier and more exciting emails without needing a paid app though.
