So far it's helped me do the most of what i needed to inform clients or subscribers about news, updates, store changes etc
It has left me unsatisfied concerning the segregation i need to do on clients who haven't subscribed and need to be informed as a group urgently about something on their order, since their emails are not included in any list, but this is also a matter of GPDR and other terms and regulations. I hope they find a way to help us contact people in groups.
Overall it's super smooth!
Could you please update a feature that allows automated email workflows also to be sent on specific days instead of a defined time period (e.g. not wait for "X / hours" after signup or sending a mail but "until / next sunday" for example). That would be really great
I just starting using Shopify Email. I like the ease of use and the detailed reports. Two things I wish the app allowed: resizing of images and wrapping text around images. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it so far.
Not as good as Klaviyo, but getting better. And being that it is included in Shopify subscription that helps out a lot.
Very easy to use app and a good price. Just needs a few more classy templates to really shine....
It's good, I would improve how the product show in the email when you upload the widget from the app, shows the full product + the url which is very good but the design of the product is not well integrated in the rest of the design and can't be modified.
Easy to edit and very versatile. Wish there were more templates to work from for the special events and discounts throughout the year.
I'm not computer savvy but browsing through the app and placing everything the I wanted was pretty good for me.
EASY TO USE- WOULD LOVE A LITTLE EASIER WAY TO ADD BUTTONS WITH TEXT.
The different templates are good. But they should work on personalisation which is not functional
