So far it's helped me do the most of what i needed to inform clients or subscribers about news, updates, store changes etc
It has left me unsatisfied concerning the segregation i need to do on clients who haven't subscribed and need to be informed as a group urgently about something on their order, since their emails are not included in any list, but this is also a matter of GPDR and other terms and regulations. I hope they find a way to help us contact people in groups.
Overall it's super smooth!
I just starting using Shopify Email. I like the ease of use and the detailed reports. Two things I wish the app allowed: resizing of images and wrapping text around images. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it so far.
It's good, I would improve how the product show in the email when you upload the widget from the app, shows the full product + the url which is very good but the design of the product is not well integrated in the rest of the design and can't be modified.
Not as good as Klaviyo, but getting better. And being that it is included in Shopify subscription that helps out a lot.
Easy to edit and very versatile. Wish there were more templates to work from for the special events and discounts throughout the year.
EASY TO USE- WOULD LOVE A LITTLE EASIER WAY TO ADD BUTTONS WITH TEXT.
The different templates are good. But they should work on personalisation which is not functional
Very good application because it was created for Shopify and there are no problems with it. It could be a little easier to use when it comes to automations and have more options for editing templates
So far it seems to work alright … I'll have to see over time.
As of right now, i'm still getting used to the app and setting up various processes. I only give it four stars because I'm still learning it. But i would recommend i to another business owner.
