I just tried this option, to inform my Customers about % in my shop. Let´s see how -and if- it works

We are small businesses, You Big. We pay you monthly usd $ 79 and usd $ 200-500, per transactions (done by computer and bots). Could It be an plus for your costumers? Big companies are bigger when they add worth to their clients.

The product is quite raw. A lot of functionality is missing. Navigation is not user friendly. 1) It's impossible to segment audience based on the product purchased in order to create detailed marketing campaigns 2) There is no way to clean database, Shopify does not provide ANY bounceback emails details + reported as spam details. 0. 3) Usability of data display is questionable. Overview only shows data from 30 days. If I send emails every month I want to find the most successful email campaign - there is no way to do it. Just open each one, select the dates...etc

Hey, there. Thank you for taking the time and sharing this feedback with us! It is currently impossible to segment the audience based on the product purchased in order to create detailed marketing campaigns - this is correct but something we are looking at currently! We do not publicly provide bounceback emails details + reported as spam detail but this is also something we are looking into. Our live support team can provide these bounceback emails to our merchants, however. As for overview data, This is quite basic for all overviews, it is just a snapshot.
These are all fantastic points, some of which we are actively looking into, however, I would be happy to share this feedback with our developers for further consideration. Thanks again for your review! -Marty, Shopify Support.

This an update to my previous rating. This app is a time saver. It really saves me from having to draft email myself.

I like it bit wish there was more options for email templates and that the emails didnt show so narrow.

UPDATE:
I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I received few emails from customer support and they enabled the app. I like the simplicity of the app but it seems it is still being developed as we speak because it it very slow for me. I'm sure they will get it right!

I don't understand...I installed the app and it says:

"Shopify Email is coming soon

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."

Why do you advertise something, and let people install it, if it's not avaliable?

Install this APP , but still can't work now !
So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....

It has very basic features so far. I am excited to see what they will come out with in terms of automation and integration with other apps. If they can do that they will blow the competition totally out of the market. For now only giving it 4 stars because it is a little too barebones. My website: www.gearscanada.com

Pretty decent email app, easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin, only downside is not being able to input a collection in rather than just a product, if that feature was available I would give it 5 stars not 4

Automated emails don't send, causing me to miss out on a number of sales. Shopify also can't fix it.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we truly appreciate it. I understand there's been issues setting up an automated email workflow and I took a look at your account to troubleshoot what might be causing the problem. The 'Customer subscribed to email marketing trigger', which is used in our 'Welcome new subscriber' automation, only works with customers created through the Online Store footer email sign up form or the Shopify Forms app. Since there was a 3rd party pop up app adding customers within your account, the trigger did not respond to new customers created. I'll send an email directly in case you have follow up questions on how to set this up going forward! - Clare, Shopify Email
