We love the overall simplicity and useability of the native Shopify Email app. The sync from branding saves a bunch of time so you don't have to reconfigure that multiple times. 10,000 emails per month is plenty for us right now!
The only thing preventing me from giving this a 5 star is being forced to use the same email address as setup in the store. I know it's convenient since it is all synced from the main settings of the store, but if I can sync the branding and then change it why can't we sync the from address and change it if desired?

Really Like the ability to connect to the database from Shopify store, formatting is super simple, would like to see improvements such as adding collections, Social Icons that can be added to the footer and ability to add GIFS
Used shopify app to create my online store. It was fairly easy to use and customize. Liking my experience so far!
Just got started. Looks very good. Easy to use. But worried that everyone would overuse the templates.
I like everything if only the limit on the number would be removed(((. I do not have many clients in total, but several clients are often added. Therefore, I send mailing to 2-5 clients every day, and the limit on sending puts pressure on me.((
Such a great free app. Has the basic needs works well.
It is easy to use, but i wish i could add more than one product or photos in one email for customers to get a glimpse of what in store, rather than one item.
Great basic free app. But seems like theres a glitch for sending many subscribers.
It doesn't work. We're getting a white screen of death when trying to create a new email campaign. Frankly, not surprised. It's somehow in the Shopify's DNA to blow feature launches :)
UPDATE: Seems to work. Looks good so far.

It is easy to use. I do wish there were more features to it though. I would like to have more control of products in a row rather than just down only. Thank you
