Shopify Email

I am an amateur user of email applications, so take that into consideration. BUT, for me and my current, simple, needs, it has been very easy to use. Also, my volume is very low so I have not passed beyond the FREE tier, which has been awesome (I look forward to getting into the numbers that are big enough to have to pay for as that should mean my business is doing well). And, I like that it is basically built into Shopify, making it very easy to use.

Easy to build from templates, easy to edit and create good looking, functional email campaigns that drive results.
Very happy with the move away from Mailchimp!

Newsletter sent, WOW alignments are ruined, product titles overlapping.
you contact support they say its working as its supposed, and OFC refers you to shopify experts!
I am already paying Shopify! why would i pay more to experts!

*The emails alignment never works on Yahoo mail! and they will refer you to Shopify experts!

Would Highly Suggest.

Pros
- Only Pay for what you use not a monthly fee
- Super easy to use
- links everything directly from your store reducing clicks!

Cons
- Can take up to 4 hours for emails to be sent
- Emails not sent all at once

User friendly, detailed guidance, comprehensive for store owners to build and development their websites. As for our online/app store 'Karbini' (expert for customizing personal skin care and hair care products), Shopify offer options and layout we need for our store perfectly.

We went with more elaborate and expensive apps and discovered that shopify email is easier to use and just as good for our start-up needs!

Super simple to use. One thing I would love to see is a resend option. Resend to the people who didn't open you original send.

I've been using this after switch from Klaviyo and like it so much better. All my "stuff" in one place. Create your colors/templates and go from there. Email program is robust and fairly intuitive. Make sure to have your DMARC aligned with Shopify to prevent issues. I still think Shopify could add more features such as showing what individual recipients opened, clicked on, etc. That is a feature I would like to see. Might be there and I'm missing it. Overall, happy right now.

Has been great so far! Was using mailchimp but the prices are insane now. This has worked just as well for us and is much easier as well!
