The app is easy to set up and easy to use. I think it would be great if we could tweak the HTML code, to update spacing between sections especially!
Also, why don't you use the same gallery as the website - this would be much easier, as most images are already there, and it is searchable. For emails I have to keep scrolling all the way to the end to find my logos to add them to a different template
App crashes frequently and reloading does not allow you to continue. Have to exit Shopify and reopen.
It's ok. There is some functionality that is missing. There isn't a section to add a navigation menu. I have to add a HTML code. I can't find any articles on information on the code itself or how to add the code. It's like Shopify wants us to spend $ with their partners for solutions that should be already provided to us. We are the partners. We are already spending money.
I'm not really good at setting up emails to send out to customers but I do wish they were a little easier and there were more templates or ways to create different types of campaigns.

Muy buena al crear correos. Desafortunadamente he tenido problemas con la moneda de mi tienda. No coincide la moneda del sitio de internet con el de los correos. Usa formatos diferentes y coloca los símbolos erróneos. No he podido resolver este caso.
Pretty simple to learn how to create and send emails. There are a few templates to help get you started but with a blank template you can create your own content. The only downfall about the email app is that the recipients of my store's emails, don't actually see my company email address if it's a third party email address. The recipients see shopify's default email assigned to the store which consists of words and numbers that's something like "store+55971938392@shopifyemail.com" that's not very professional or convincing looking. I really do not want to rebrand a new email but may have to as to prevent the funky default shopify email address. I'd like to see Shopify allow third party Gmail accounts to integrate seemlessly with their email app so you don't see their strange default email address.

Application suddenly throttling emails, not providing marketing reports data and taking days for test emails to come through. Support is every 24 hours and a solution hasnt been found.

I think shopify should have more options to custom emails and make it simple. I feel like the emails are limited to artistic details and abilities to create fun emails that catches the eye.
It's decent enough to use, but I would like more ability to better customise fonts, colours, and the general theme of emails. In particular, changing colours of text and hyperlinks to be our house colours is time-consuming and doesn't work very well.
