Shopify Email

Just tested Shopify Email having been a regular Mailchimp user for the last few years. They don't really compare. Shopify email user interface is clunky and the send time (we have 2,500 subscribers) is really slow due to the batch sending. Also... the Reports interface is very very slow to update, it's not giving me statistics in real-time.
Not sure if we are going to keep using it.... I like ...

Everything was ok for a number of years, but Shopify has decided that we do not need to see open rates on any of the campaigns that have 100% delivery.

I mean: every other email provider shows open rates, etc, but Shopify's programmers, decided they see things differently and removed these report stats.

GREAT AND EASY TO USE FOR ALL EXPERIANCES

cheaper than other programs and super simple to use. Allows me to save my templates for my weekly emails so that I don't have to start from scratch. The amount of preset template options are great too!

Easy to use templates for all occasions. Only took a few mins to send an email to the mailing list.

Tough to critique the app because this is the first time I've used such an app but am learning.

I had created and sent an advertising email earlier (my first) that didn't turn out as intended. Hopefully our next scheduled marketing email will be more prudent and lead to sales/conversions.

Simple to use. Basic app for starting on shopify and building your brand. We could see ourselves using it long term because of it's simplicity.

Easy to use app! We are a tiny business who likes to send out the occasional email to our customers. This has great tracking, segmentation, and analytics.

The shopify email app is easy to use. I love the simplicity of it and it helps me stay in communication with my customers. Everyone always compliments me on how professional my emails are.

However, I wish there were an option for adding videos.
