I would strongly advice AGAINST using this app, especially if you're coming from another email marketing service. It lacks basic features and is unreliable. As a backstory - we do not require registrations on our website to place an order and sometimes people misspell their email addresses. I have been using this for 6 months now and it has NEVER sent more than a handful of emails despite lots of unuseful techno wizard explanations from shopify help. I have a list that is 98% opted in and their solution is to segment the list further. I cannot load the email app to edit my emails in a VERY important workflow. Every time I click the email app or try to edit an email from the workflow, the webpage just hangs. Why is this so poorly implemented when it's such an important feature to this service? You guys really need to improve this, I'm seeing reviews of the same problems from 2020, it's nearly 2024. Fix this.

Don't bother. Emails will show in completely different colors when viewing it from a phone in dark mode and there's no way around it. On forums, Shopify provides no solution, basically just gives a 'too bad' type response.

Installed it on 2 different stores and have followed the help guides and just met with the same message "Shopify email will be available soon". Why announce that it's released to everyone if it's not?

Designed by a team of people never seen or used mailing software before... Do not use it for any critical or timely campaigns. The layout looks amazing ... BUT. The timing is impossible. When you send it at 6 pm, it means that some MAY get it at 6 pm, but others at 9 pm, some at 11 pm, and the rest of the customers may get it in the time when they are sleeping.
