Shopify Email

Would love the ability to include more than one segment and possible an exclusion list to ensure I'm excluding a specific segment from email campaigns.

It suits me, easy to use, but I’m none to technical, if you are a professional its probably not enough for you. For me it’s simple to use for basic marketing emails.

Using Shopify Email has been a smooth and efficient experience. It’s very user-friendly, especially for store owners like me who manage both products and marketing. I appreciate the built-in templates, easy customization tools, and the ability to target specific customer groups directly from my store dashboard.

I also like how it integrates seamlessly with my store’s branding and products, making it easy to create professional-looking campaigns without needing external software.

One suggestion I have is to improve verification steps for sender emails and domain authentication—it would be great to make that process more beginner-friendly.

Overall, Shopify Email is a great tool for growing my brand and connecting with customers.

It needs a filter while selecting a segments "Don't Send to" so it can filter out which customers should not receive email out of all subscribers.

Really easy to set up emails, automations and works really well with the flow and forms apps. So much cheaper than any of the other mailing list apps I've used!

Only wish I'd realised sooner how good some of the Shopify apps are.

Now that my store is not getting shut down every other day i am learning how to manage my own admin backend changes. The AI helps with that , many of the instructions do not have accurate step by step instructions the screens have changed.

However I love the speed in which i can make a change and publish it right away. I love the product features just learned how to create forms, overall i like the ease of working with the application.

I have been using this app for over year and am happy about it. It’s pretty easy to assemble and understand. Has automations and analytics. For a free app I’m happy.

email app works great and it's free! wish i could see soft vs hard bounces and see the reason why the bounce happened so we can take better action and understand that part of it, but other than that the app's great.

Easy to use and navigate, but customizations are limited. With AI and many other platforms this app should include more custom options including font, background and ability to use images in the borders.

So easy! Fast and simple. The templates are great, and edits take just a couple of minutes to customize. You can even schedule the send time and date. Oh, and it is FREE
