I loved how easy it was. I will use the Email feature a lot in the future. The process was very straight forward and easy to understand. Highly recommend.
I used this app to inform my subscribers that we have a new collection online. It was really easy and quick
Setting up all my emails flows etc, was pretty straight forward, except for 1 thing. It didn't send out ANY of my automated emails.
I do not know why shopify moved to forcing this app to send out emails for abandoned cart and abandoned checkout.

Buena para emails sencillos, bastante bien integrado con shopify. Una gran decepción es que los mails no sean traducibles con la app de shopify Translate&Adapt.
No useful analytics make this a pretty bad system. No way to see who is opening, clicking, bouncing, or unsubscribing. No way to see who got email and who didn't if there is a problem. No way to clean up my lists. No way to improve engagement when I can't actually see which customers are engaging and which ones aren't. It feels bad on purpose - like Shopify wants us to take our business elsewhere because they don't want to be bothered with this. If that's not the case, please fix it asap.
I'm sorry to hear that the inability to track the metrics you've cited has made using the Shopify Email app a negative experience for you, and can appreciate why this lack of transparency is frustrating. I know that many merchants using Shopify Email have asked for this and this is something I hope we will develop in future to make things easier for our merchants in terms of driving successful marketing campaigns. Looks promising. However, I would like to see this app provide the ability to automatically send a welcome email to new subscribers. It would also be nice if the welcome email could include a discount code, say 15% off for signing up.

I like this app for sending emails to our customers. The end result is very clean and professional looking. I also like that it pulls in our product information directly from our website.
However, it is WAY too difficult to figure out. For example, it's nearly impossible to find a "Send Email" button. I want to re-send an email to remind customers of our fundraiser tonight, and can't figure out a way to do this. PLEASE provide an easier-to-use interface. Thanks!

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available.

Hello Shopify. I like the idea of this email being created by Shopify itself. However, this app is missing A TON of important features. Is there a way that you guys can add the following automatic emails:
Order Confirmation, Order Cancellation, Order Follow-up, Shipping Notification, Delivery Notification, Abandon Cart, Product Recommendation, Birthday and Cross Selling.
Also can you guys add features like, social icons in the footer of the website and website information.
Buttons for: Order Tracking, Order Cancelling, Order Editing, etc.
