Update: Amy from Customer Support contacted me and solved the issue. Appreciate their prompt response on this matter!! Tested the app and it works fine and gets the job done.

I read on Shopify's newsletter that Shopify Email is available globally since a week ago. But when I tried to install it, it says:

"Shopify Email is coming soon

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."

Why roll it out when its not available? It frustrates your customers.

I like using this as I can accomplish everything using one platform. I wish there were more templates and ways to move the images, smaller of off to the side and more fonts.

It's intuitive and easy to use..you can add images and use simple text styles - schedule and send to specific groups of customers...convenient and works great!

Love the price and how simple and to the point it is. However, don't like the fact that I can't send a welcome email when someone signs up for my newsletter. I was also on the pause plan and wasn't allowed to send out an emails on that plan. I was under the impression that you simply had to be paying for a plan. Other than that it's a great option

The app is very good to use & a great use for all the store.,
One suggestion is that please increases the subscribers list in each campagin more than 40k customers & remove the weekly limit. This plan will not be friendly for large stores.

Made the change over from mailchimp, not bad so far. Hopefully more custom template designs for seasonal holidays are in the works like the cool new black friday ones!

At the moment, there is an option for adding social media icons to the footer of your emails, as well as button options to add to the body of the email which can link to your social media pages.

The templates are easy to use and the reporting is nice and simple. More detail on the stats and template customization would be good.

It doesn't even have the really basic feature that makes us look for an email marketing app, the ability to set a welcome email automation. Customer support on the other hand is very attentive and helpful, got contacted via email with some apps suggestions and options to get the feature i needed set up, it was a very nice gesture and i am really grateful.
