8/10 for user friendly, features, intuitiveness, etc. Also an impressive amount of features and templates to customize for business owners. Some lagging and occasional glitches or limitations but overall love this app.

This is a really good app, and the price per email is much lower than any other app. Some of the features are not as intuitive as others I have tried in the past, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars.

I wish there were more advanced options, but I like it as a standard and simple to use email creator. I would love to make fancier and more exciting emails without needing a paid app though.

So far so good. Still new to all of this, but its simple enough to understand and work your way to what you need done. Also super easy to understand what workflow does what and what email does what.

This email app is user friendly and the reports are helpful. I like that it is free and it is working just fine for my small business as it is getting off the ground. Great for what I am needing for now. Would like to see a little bit jazzier templates.

Eu achei o programa muito bom e dei 4 estrelas, pois é óbvio que tem coisas para melhorar. Acho que é fácil de usar, programar e criar os e-mails. No entanto, deveria haver uma ferramenta dedicada para os templates, permitindo criar formatos específicos com a identidade da marca.

Além disso, seria útil se elementos como as redes sociais da marca pudessem ficar salvos, permitindo apenas marcar na hora de criar. Atualmente, ter que adicionar link por link é frustrante e atrasa muito o processo.

Seria interessante abrir para que criadores enviassem mais templates, pois os padrões disponíveis muitas vezes não correspondem à identidade visual da marca.
