Shopify Email

I'm loving it! Since I opened my shop 6 years ago I have used payed email marketing (privy). Until I had problem about a month ago. On the new products launch day the provider simply couldn't send my email to my customers. I reached out to them and I only heard back from them a day later with no solution. They were having some issues and couldn't provide help. This cause me great loss. Searching ...

Really a great app, especially as it has no additional charges.

Nice product , but you can do the furhter improvement.

Just tested Shopify Email having been a regular Mailchimp user for the last few years. They don't really compare. Shopify email user interface is clunky and the send time (we have 2,500 subscribers) is really slow due to the batch sending. Also... the Reports interface is very very slow to update, it's not giving me statistics in real-time.
Not sure if we are going to keep using it.... I like ...

good app

I like the convenience and efficiency of automated email campaigns with customizable templates, along with features that help maintain consistent branding. Being able to preview emails on different devices and access detailed reports on sent emails adds an extra layer of control and insight to campaigns.

Everything was ok for a number of years, but Shopify has decided that we do not need to see open rates on any of the campaigns that have 100% delivery.

I mean: every other email provider shows open rates, etc, but Shopify's programmers, decided they see things differently and removed these report stats.

GREAT

cheaper than other programs and super simple to use. Allows me to save my templates for my weekly emails so that I don't have to start from scratch. The amount of preset template options are great too!

Does what its suppose to do!
