Wasted 30 minutes with support with no result. This app does not work if you try to modify the content. It will not save.

Clearly no UAT or pre-production testing was done before this was released. It seems we are the beta testers.

12/15 Update:

Shopify product lead reached out to discuss the issues I was seeing with the app. They were able to reproduce the issue and released a fix today.

I can confirm my initial complaint has been addressed.

Thanks for the quick turnaround and attention to this issue.

Easy setup, but lacks multi-lang support :-( unusable for stores with primary audience not speaking English

As is it is not really usable as it keeps on triggering even if you close it. If you can add better control over how often and for who it shows as well as translations of all fields then this would be a great app. But as it is now, can't really sadly recommend this even if I would like to.

Gosh! In just a very few minutes, I have the perfect pop-up for my store. Ryan was so helpful. I highly recommend this Shopify Form App.

In less than 5 minutes, we have an email pop-up form and a completely new segment of users to communicate with. It was so easy to get started and it looks great. It was really exciting to see updates from the beginning of the beta to the official launch, including the addition of built-in discounts. We're really excited to have this linked to my welcome emails and have a chance to collect new customer contact information!

Great app!
I am only missing one setup element, after the customer close the popup there still is Teaser popup showing up. I believe this would be good to have a setting to have it closed. So once customer click X button on main popup the teaser popup doesn't show up. I know customers hardly want to click on anything so most of them will be browsing the website with unwanted modal on top.

Excellent overall. Does what it says, and thank you for listening to previous feedback and making changes accordingly.
Some additional functionality like opting to NOT add a default tag to customers, or allowing to inject custom styles (the default mobile styles make the form nearly unusable) would improve the experience from a shop owner's perspective.

Largely does what it says out of the box. But extremely frustrating that it basically ignores existing customers.
So if you want t add a tag for example, it'll only work for new email addresses, making this a very limited use case app.

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. At this stage, adding tags to an existing customer is a limitation of the Shopify Forms app. As a workaround, you may be able to create a Shopify Flow workflow: https://shopify.link/6kox that can check your existing customer list for any that meets the tag requirements, and apply the tag that way. This would work on a case by case basis however, depending on your store's use case, but is definitely worth considering.
