The popup does not get closed in iPhone, upon complaining customer care promised to help me, they said they're working on it and they will keep me updated, they did not provide any solution its been a month and they also haven't updated me on anything terrible experience.

It's called Forms, but should be called "A Form"
I would like to see this app support multiple forms across the store. Right now, the app allows creation of a single form only. It does only one thing - create a pop up form to collect email sign ups on your store.
A pretty useful and basic functionality, but it would be so much more helpful if more than one forms could be created.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! In addition to a popup form, you can create multiple inline forms and place them in different locations on your online store. You're able to add and remove fields to customize these forms for different purposes. Nice but, the forms use a completely different css than the rest of the theme. Doesn't make any sense. I can't even override it with custom css.
Also it doesn't support Shopifys Translate App nor does it take the default theme content. So you get a mix up of english and your original language when using the app....

La app es muy buena pero presenta problemas con Iphone para el cierre del popup. Agradecería si me ayudan a solucionarlo en mi web. El popup solo cierra si le das doble click. cosa que es perdida de tráfico
I need an embedded version of the email sign up form or a way to trigger the overlay popup to show up on the website.
Easy setup, but lacks multi-lang support :-( unusable for stores with primary audience not speaking English
Experiência ruim, não recebia as notificações dos formulários, e também não achei simples de encontra-los.
As is it is not really usable as it keeps on triggering even if you close it. If you can add better control over how often and for who it shows as well as translations of all fields then this would be a great app. But as it is now, can't really sadly recommend this even if I would like to.
Leider kann ich nicht einsehen welche Optionen meine Kunden ausgewählt haben um meinen Kundenservice zu verbessern. Sehr schade.

I am only missing one setup element, after the customer close the popup there still is Teaser popup showing up. I believe this would be good to have a setting to have it closed. So once customer click X button on main popup the teaser popup doesn't show up. I know customers hardly want to click on anything so most of them will be browsing the website with unwanted modal on top.
