Hi there! Thank you for your review. We recently shipped an update to store all new submissions in the metaobjects area of the admin.

Past submissions are still viewable by clicking into the form > clicking more actions and clicking the view segment. This will generate a segment of customers who have previously submitted this specific form.

Simple and easy to use - could do with adding a form ID to the section so that # links can scroll to it, also width option would be nice

I wanted a contact form that I could add specific fields to. It is nice that I can choose if the field is required or not. Was easy to install and set up. I would like a settings area that I can put in a backup email for submission notifications and also a SMS feature to also get a text. In my line of work its necessary to respond asap to form submissions. It does what it says and you cant argue with free

This app does not use Shopify's recaptcha's (hi spam!) or does it integrate on the trigger side with Shopify Flow.

really bad keep saying have to make 2 changes wont tell me what they are, so you cant save it so yoo start all over again and dont waste you time trying to get help their A1` is not gonna let you speak to a human not even if you tell you will leave shopify

The application is an excellent idea, I installed it to be able to run a Shopify flow automation, I contacted shopify support informing them of the errors in it, and the support team reports that the application does not work, a few days later they report that They already fixed it, but the app still doesn't work, I found several flaws: 1. It doesn't allow you to embed a form on a specific page. I followed the installation instructions step by step, but it doesn't allow you to embed the form. 2. Since I couldn't embed the form, I configured it to appear as a pop-up, but the pop-up also doesn't appear on the only page I want it to appear. It should be noted that I followed step-by-step installation instructions. 3. The only thing they fixed is that the form no longer appears on all pages when activated. The recommendation is to remove the application from the app store if it does not work correctly.
