Our store utilizes two apps from MKP Software... this SHOPLINK INTEGRATOR as well as a "QB-POLLER" app. The integrator app allows us to take data from Shopify and create physical sales receipts, sync financial data, and update inventory values from Shopify (online orders) into our Quickbooks point-of-sale. Then the poller app updates all of our inventory amounts (from hundreds of "in-store" brick and mortar sales) into our online store. This all happens practically in real-time.
Both apps have been irreplaceable for us and the support from their technician (Tim) has been phenomenal. We've only had a couple of bugs to work out given our very unique needs; but everything has been set-up and perfected both seamlessly, professionally, and in a timely fashion. The apps not only save us countless hours by integrating hundreds of transactions between both programs... but the apps have drawn business to us in unforeseen ways as well (such as letting our LOCAL customers know first-hand when a popular item is getting low in stock). This has therefore drawn business to us in the physical sense too. Very impressed with both apps. Definitely worth the expense and very reasonably prices as well!
This has helped us greatly! Support is awesome. No need to spend your day doing data entry to get your Shopify orders into QB. Would like to see upgrades such as; fees automatically processed, duplication of customer names just to name a few.
This app was very helpful for our business. We have A LOT of inventory and the integrator allows us to sell online with no problem! Everything stays in line! Tim is so helpful and explains everything so clearly to a tech illiterate person like me. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who asks.
When I needed an app to import the orders into Quickbooks that I received with different currencies, I went straight to Tim to ask if he had anything and he showed me the Integrator. I have used Shoplink from Tim and continue to use it for another website and he has the absolute best customer service and always quickly solves any issues or problems I may run into. The Integrator is exactly what I needed and works very smoothly. I am very impressed and pleased. And of course, Tim continues to have the best customer service!
With a lot of research, our company decided to go with this app to help with our integration of a Shopify store that we are doing fulfillment for and our QuickBooks file. We are VERY happy with this app and with Tim (the developer) and how it works. Whenever I have questions, I can reach out and he answers them quickly. He also helped walk us through the entire setup so that it works to our specifications.
I cannot recommend this app enough for people that need to integrate with QuickBooks. It is a quick setup and Tim is constantly improving it to work even better with Shopify.
The support provided by Tim has been absolutely perfect. Any issues or kinks get worked out quickly. The software works as promised.
The software saves a tremendous amount of time and accurately imports all of your orders into Quickbooks saving valuable man hours.
This app is awesome, works great with quick books POS and the support is top shelf! A must have.

Great program, great developer. Tim is helpful, easy to understand and willing to make any changes we request. We went with a more expensive QBooks import program for a time, but it was more trouble than it was worth and $100 more a month. We're back to Shopify Integrator in 2017 and love it.
Also, you don't have to go on the internet to sync orders.
