Es una app muy fácil e intuitiva. Bastante útil para correos básicos. Tiene lo esencial.

It's actually a great little email creator - however, it would be good to be able to choose multiple segments to BOTH send to - and exclude. This simple detail is making it really just a one way "send to all" creative email.

Content calendar is amazing. SMS and emailing for small business made easy. It's user-friendly and I have noticed several improvements recently to email templates and automation creation. If you are an SB, this is a great starting point!

Jeg har oprettet 2 kampagner, som skal udsendes senere.. Alt er fint, og det er KUN på produkter som jeg har uendeligt på lager af.... Alligevel bliver mine kampagner igen og igen deaktiveret og omdannet til kladder fordi et produkt ikke længere er tilgængelig - PRODUKTERNE BLIVER ALDRIG UDSOLGT!!!!

Quite good. Basic but works and very cost effective for simple campaigns. however there are some glaring omissions - like not being able to see you mailing list growth over time.

Easy to use! Images show up clearly. We are still growing our email list so really appreciate the free messages at this point. The editing and sending test function is clear - I have not sent anything out by accident yet! lol. Final result always looks great.

I've been testing Shopify Messaging and abandoned checkout automations for my store, and I wanted to share some feedback.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. The interface is clean, modern, and much easier to use than many third-party email automation tools. Setting up abandoned checkout recovery emails, monitoring workflow activity, and reviewing performance data is straightforward even for store owners without advanced technical knowledge.

What I especially like:

* Clean and intuitive user interface
* Easy automation setup
* Clear workflow activity logs
* Good integration with Shopify checkout and customer data
* Reliable performance once configured correctly

One improvement I would suggest:
When an email fails to send because a customer is not subscribed to marketing, it would be helpful if the error message were displayed more prominently in the main workflow summary. This could save store owners time when troubleshooting.

Overall, Shopify Messaging is a very useful tool for recovering abandoned checkouts and engaging customers. It feels well integrated into the Shopify ecosystem and is much easier to manage than many external solutions.

Приложение простое, как дверь, мало функциональности, гибкости 0, да еще и периодически что-то ломается, о чем платформа не предупреджает, а просто делает вид, будто так и было.

I have only used it for email marketing and I really like the tool. My only complaint is that you can't choose multiple segments when sending an email campaign. So if you want to send an email to more than one segment, you have to duplicate the email and send individually for each segment. Hoping this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, highly recommend.
