Absolute pleasure working with the Tapcart team especially Cole. We have had the app for a long time but Cole never gave up contacting us to help us get the most out of the app. We are seeing great progress and I highly recommend Tapcart. The app is user friendly and all analytical tools are there for you too.
Tapcart has allowed us to build out a beautiful, dynamic universe in-app that offers our audience so much more than just another platform to shop on. Between push notifications that allow us to communicate more directly with our customers than virtually any other channel, a vast list of integrations, and the effortless drag-and-drop layout designer, Tapcart has become an irreplaceable part of our whole ecosystem. All app features aside, I appreciate how kind and proactive the human beings on the team are too - Cole has been such a informative, helpful person to work with and always takes care to look into any questions we have, regardless of how granular or complex.

The customer support is better than almost any tech product I’ve used. Excellent process that could use minor refinements (access to menus etc), and I would love to see more features and customizations available for the app. Overall extremely satisfied with both the product and experience

After having done some research on what mobile app would fit our clothing label best, it was an easy choice to chose Tapcart. From the start, everyone at Tapcart has been very helpful. Welcome to the TapCart fan club! We have a VERY complex website with so many integrations that often conflict with one another. Usually, it takes weeks to get up and running with a new app on Shopify. Not with TapCart. It took 10 minutes to set up our app. Literally 10 minutes. It was the easiest integration — BY FAR — that we've added to our site. It's also been one of the easiest and most reliable tools we use on a daily basis. The team (Veronica, Christina, and Bobby) have all been incredibly responsive, helpful, and tireless in getting us answers to our many questions and custom needs. We love how flawlessly the app performs, how easy push notifications have become, and how fast our customer base is growing via this little beauty. The dashboard is incredibly easy to use and straightforward. TapCart takes care of most of the development side of the app releases and they are very responsive and knowledgeable. Our only big want is better / more specific analytics, which we hear is coming early 2022. Sending you all our love and confetti, TapCart!
