We used tapcart to create our mobile apps for our customers. The team was responsive and very helpful.
It's been a great experience scaling with Tapcart. I love how accessible the team is - I really feel like Cole has advocated for me and worked to teach me how to run +build an app and be successful with it. He took a ton of time with me and really made a great effort to even get my attention - once I gave it to him, it's been nothing but big payouts. Highly recommend. It's user friendly, the end product is beautiful + functional, and the support is unparalleled.
A great out of the box app experience. Such a beautiful interface, not to mention a seamless functionality. I will say however that both teams have to work well together and be willing to put in the time to create a next level app. Thankfully, the team members at Tapcart are willing to put in the time & effort for an app of high caliber. They are superstars and we are thankful!
Support is very poor. They don't care if you grow and if you have everything working fine. Using tapcart only makes sense if you have more than 120000 monthly site visits and a team dedicated to the app. The customization is very limited, so keep in mind that your app will look like all the other tapcart apps. FB tokens have to be continually updated by yourself so you keep this in mind. Too expensive for the value it brings. My online store is actually better than my app. I wish I had given it some thought before jumping on this app provider, there are better solutions.

Wasn't sure what to expect but we were blown away. The cost is uncomparable and the team was extremely supportive and assisted us with any hiccups we ran into and getting set up was so easy and seamless. Couldn't be happier.

The support has been PHENOMENAL. The process was extremely straight forward and they had an incredible staff member that answered all of my questions and more! Highly recommend!!
Great app! Easy to use. Amazing customer service, always helping. A lot of features even for the $99 plan. Wish they had a pre-order option.
Working with tapcart has been an amazing experience. The dashboard is wasy to use and set up is a breeze. They're incredibly attentive and helpful. They always answer my questions and it feels like they genuinely want to be there for me. Great team, beautiful app. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to turn their store into an app.
