In our marketplace, we've been using Tapcart for ~9 months. Overall it's been an outstanding experience. The product is very good. The ux is smooth for both shoppers and merchants. Customer service via live chat, onboarding manager and our mid-market manager (shout out to Jacob) is first class. The tapcart mobile app is very easy to use, it meets all my needs, and provides more than expected and very valuable features. The staff are very enthusiastic to solve the problem, and the whole work flow is very smooth and reasonable. Simple to use and very friendly to inexperienced people. Of course, you can also make very professional designs and functions.
Quite a few hiccups in the beginning, but the Tapcart team was sure to address everything. Would like more features especially due to the price. Be prepared to pay annual Apple and Google fees for the app as well.
so far, the customer service is very helpful. I am still in the processes of making my app live on the apple store, but everything is running very smoothly. I have many questions but Sophia and Val have answered all of my questions.
As for the price it is slightly pricey, but lets hope it is all worth it.
