Super easy to use, the app manages itself for the most part. Set it and forget it. Our account manager, Cole, is super helpful and stays in touch - providing helpful tips and updates on features.

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else.

When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess.

We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on.

If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.
