Love the compatibility, and that I can focus on the artistic side with all of the hard work done.
Wish it had ability to create an app for Android but that doesnt change my 5-star experience
So far it has taken most of the free trial to get set up in the apple app store. Just got notified that something is wrong with my D&B number and to call them and in about 2 days I should have it resolved. There went the rest of the free trial
Customer service was proactive and worked quickly to answer questions. Had some issues early on but Customer Service was very responsive.
Phenomenal APP and a great team of experts to work with. I couldn't recommend it more!

Good, Shopify app, but not perfect. Product images got cut-off, item description got cut-off as well.
A 7 day trial with a 2/4 days set up time (between the duns number etc..) is not enough to assess the viability of this product.
That said the product is really well done with great integrations and is a great way to test if having an app would benefit our business. I'd also recommend lowering the price of the subscription and adding % of sales so we can grow together as your product is adding value.
Disappointed. Wasted an entire day only to find out they ONLY handle LLC. I'm a small woman owned business and cannot afford the legal paperwork. I spent several hours working on everything THEN went to apple to get the DUNS number only to be told that Tapcart ONLY does LLC or INC. There is NOTHING that says that anywhere! I wouldn't have wasted the time if I knew that.

The support team is tough to get in contact with. I've been trying to get our app launched for two weeks and even left voicemails but haven't been helped but I'm still being charged without the app being launched.

Subject: Terrible Experience with TapCart Mobile App Service
I am writing this review to share my recent horrendous experience with TapCart, a service that promises to help you build, design, and launch a codeless mobile app for your Shopify store.
Initially, I was drawn in by their slick advertising and the offer of a trial period. I thought I would be able to test out their services, receive adequate support, and then decide whether this platform was suitable for my business. Sadly, this has not been the case.
From the moment I signed up for the trial, I noticed a severe lack of customer support. Despite numerous attempts to contact their team for assistance, my messages were consistently ignored. For a service that prides itself on its 1:1 implementation assistance, this was surprising, disappointing, and unprofessional.
The lack of communication, coupled with the automatic billing after the trial period, made me feel as if I had fallen for a scam. The company failed to provide any prior notification about the trial ending and the upcoming charges, contrary to standard business practices. And to make things worse, the customer service remained non-responsive even after I was billed for services I hadn't received.
Upon seeking a refund for the services not provided, I received an unexpected response from the Manager of Implementation. She directed me to the Terms of Use and reiterated their non-refundable policy, despite the circumstances. In other words, I was stuck with a service I hadn't used, charged for a service I didn't agree to, and denied a refund I deserved.
TapCart seems to have an agenda to draw customers in with their trial period, neglect them during this period, and then charge them without any prior notice or consent. They then hide behind their non-refundable policy when customers like me demand justice for being charged for services not rendered. This practice is, to put it mildly, highly unethical and potentially illegal.
Moreover, this is not just my solitary experience. Upon further investigation, I've learned that I'm not alone in facing such issues. There are numerous others who have faced similar predicaments, highlighting a systemic problem in TapCart's business model.
All these issues lead me to advise anyone considering TapCart's services to proceed with extreme caution. The poor customer support, the unethical billing practices, and the non-refundable policy in the face of non-delivery of services make this a high-risk venture.
I am now left with no choice but to seek legal avenues to rectify this situation, share my experience with the wider community, and hopefully save others from falling for this unsavory scheme. This ordeal has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I can only hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.
This review serves as a reminder for us to be vigilant in the face of appealing offers and promises. Always make sure to read the fine print, scrutinize the terms and conditions, and demand a satisfactory level of service, especially when hard-earned money is at stake.

THE WORST PRACTICE MANAGEMENT. WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST TAPCART.
THIS APP IS NOT FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE, WE WERE BILLED $1800 + MONTHLY, FOR SERVICES NOT USED OR PROVIDED.
WE HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED TAPCART TO PAUSE OUR ACCOUNT UNTIL WE FIGURE OUT APPLE ACCOUNT, BUT WE WERE TOLD AND GIVEN EXCUSES AND ZERO GUIDANCE ON HOW TO GO ABOUT PAUSING THE BILLING.
WE WERE PROMISED CREDIT, NOW WE ARE TOLD BY TAPCART THAT THEY CAN ONLY CREDIT 2 MONTHS. WE PROMISED THEM OUR BUSINESS IF WE WERE GIVEN CREDIT FOR THE MONTHS WE HAVE PAID, AT FIRST THEY AGREED NOW WE ARE TOLD "UPPER MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE" HAS ONLY AGREED TO PROVIDE US WITH 2 MONTHS CREDIT.
IT IS NOT OUR FAULT YOU START OUT BEING UNTRUTHFUL JUST TO GET CLIENTS TO SIGN UP.
REFUND US IN FULL, DO THE RIGHT THING AS A COMPANY. WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR YOUR MONEY, WE ARE ASKING FOR THE FUNDS YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM US ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

Nicole and the Tapcart team made our launch so easy! Our only hiccup was approval issues from Apple (because our name and products use swear words lol) but they helped us navigate it. The app looks great and our customers are beyond excited!!

The team are great to work with and the app is doing its job. Users take to it naturally and it accounts for a significant portion of our sales.
The tapcart mobile app is very easy to use, it meets all my needs, and provides more than expected and very valuable features. The staff are very enthusiastic to solve the problem, and the whole work flow is very smooth and reasonable. Simple to use and very friendly to inexperienced people. Of course, you can also make very professional designs and functions.
I have had nothing but a positive experience with Tapcart. I started on the lowest plan almost a year ago and have since grown into Enterprise. The cost is a no-brainer. The app easily accounts for more than half of our sales and was instrumental in scaling our brand fast. Having a dedicated account manager is the best part, as they take a great interest in the brand and how to make the experience the best not just for us but our customers as well. This is the future of ecommerce.
The applications are beautiful, but the cost is very high. Very expensive for a new business. And it's not convenient that you have to contact the company
The app is easy to set up and use. Support is always hand and the account manager (Christina) is friendly, knowledgeable and strives to better your experience.
Our business started with one app and now we have three through TapCart. Their team is incredibly helpful regarding how to drive sales via the app and the insights available on the app regarding analytics are informative when it comes to decision-making based on sales.
One of THE BEST SERVICES on Shopify! We started working with Tapcart when they were just starting. Since then, all aspects of our experience have been amazing! Starting was effortless - it took a total of 1 week. There were not any technical issues even with their growth. Our employees love working with the Tapcart team. Quite a few hiccups in the beginning, but the Tapcart team was sure to address everything. Would like more features especially due to the price. Be prepared to pay annual Apple and Google fees for the app as well.
Both Val and Cole helped us at TapCart and they have been brilliant! The app is simple and easy to use and They helped us through every step! Cole checks in every month and even encourages us to do more with statistics updates!

Whilsts the app itself is not bad, I found their customer support to be totally useless. We have our app designed and ready to be launched, but they havent been able to launch now for more than a month.

The customer support is better than almost any tech product I’ve used. Excellent process that could use minor refinements (access to menus etc), and I would love to see more features and customizations available for the app. Overall extremely satisfied with both the product and experience

When I first conceptualize my app, I knew that I had to create the first version myself. I’ve been went on to hunt for at builders that were similar two weeks and square, having drag and drop capabilities.
For some reason when I first surged I decided against tap card, mainly because of the prices but also because of the features. I went on to use Buildfire was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I never had more issues with a customer service team than I did with that company. After my trial with them, I immediately transferred to Buildfire which was my best decision yet!
I would recommend tap card to anyone in the world. Customer service is divine! I begin with a Eamon as my specialist and was then pushed to Val. BOTH of these humans having helped me TREMENDOUSLY and continue to help me when ever I need assistance on ANYTHING from app description to sign-up.
TapCart! You all have done a TREMENDOUS job and I hope you continue to grow, prosper and iterate! I have only ONE complaint. My sign up page is not working even after a “reboot” from the WONDERFUL Tapcart. I LOVE TAPCART!!! I would invest my LAST on TAPCART. I pray TAPCART has abundant success and continues in this path as you are doing as GREAT JOB!

I am currently on the MVP phase, and having Tapcart building my mobile app is such an amazing step for our business. We have boosted our name with the other mobile applications here in Kuwait. Because of Tapcart we could be one of the top 10 mobile applications that won a telecommunication prize and went to SF for a three-week tour.
Tapcart has just raised 10M which will mean that they will continue building an amazing services. I really recommend them for many reasons and one of such is their simplicity of building an app without any coding background. It's just easy, beautiful, and amazing.

so far, the customer service is very helpful. I am still in the processes of making my app live on the apple store, but everything is running very smoothly. I have many questions but Sophia and Val have answered all of my questions.
As for the price it is slightly pricey, but lets hope it is all worth it.
