They went well above and beyond to fix a recent problem, bravo to their team. The new major update has re-invented the platform as well, for the better! It's great to see them continue developing this tool so many business owners rely on. Having chatted with them personally, they seem really passionate about it too. Great team over at tapcart, really out of the box type of company, they really set you up for success and when you are paired with caring account managers like Cole rich, you really see how this company really sets you up for success when you are ready to tap into the app world

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else.

When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess.

We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on.

If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.
