They went well above and beyond to fix a recent problem, bravo to their team. The new major update has re-invented the platform as well, for the better! We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else.
When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess.
We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on.
If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.

Tapcart is great, simple and easy to use, the new custom blocks are fantastic allowing us to try out new and intereesting things to extend fucntionality! Love working with them especially Cole, fantasic human!
