We’ve had an incredible experience using Tapcart for our app at Feels So Good. The platform is pretty intuitive and makes managing our app a seamless. From setting up push notifications to analyzing customer behavior, it’s been a super helpful having this app. The initial setup and integration was also smooth, ensuring we had strong launch right from the start.

The team at TapCart has been super helpful with everything related to our app. Customer service is spot on and the communication is great. The platform itself is very user-friendly, and allows for us to manage our mobile app without any issues. Setting up push notifications is easy and such an effective tool for us to engage with our customers. Then seeing the customer behavior in the push explorer is an added bonus.
We've been with TapCart for a few years now, and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always updating their service, trying new things, and keeping us well informed about upcoming features and how it may pertain to our brand.

We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else.
When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess.
We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on.
If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.
