Very bad app and unstable, and the support is useless; they can't resolve the core bugs, don't subscribe waste of time and money, searching for an alternative any help?

After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the issue was not related to the app’s functionality. It was related to the configuration settings. Since configuration changes impact only future events/orders, the return order that was created before enabling the configuration was not updated on the Odoo end.

The app is working as designed, but the configuration was enabled after the order was already processed, which is why the refunded order did not reflected in Odoo.

We have been trying to use this app to connect our Online Store with Odoo, unfortunately the products, inventory... are not synchronized and the support is really bad and doesn't provide any solution for such a critical software.

Our Odoo–Shopify connector is used successfully by many merchants, and in most cases, synchronization issues are related to initial configuration, version compatibility, or specific workflow requirements on the Odoo side. These are typically resolved once we review the setup in detail.

The app doesn't import stocks from Shopify to Odoo so it's useless for us. I ask a refund to Webkul (the company who develop this plugin), but they refuse to refund us the $35... We switch to the Odoo Shopify connector from Emipro, and we had a better experience.

Please be informed that, Bydefault, We do import the stocks from Shopify to Odoo. Infact, Import works bi-directional in Odoo Connector.
