en faisant la mise à jour indiquée, on perd ses modèles , Order Printer n'est meme pas capable de coordonner le prix payé par le client et les factures sont en format paysage , impossible de retrouver les factures telles qu'elles avaient ete réglées , une Catastrophe
L'application est correct rapport à l'ancien Order Printer (Legacy).
Mais un point très agaçant. Les cases à cocher pour la sélection des différentes pages créées (Facture et Bordereau d'expédition) ne sont pas mémorisées lors du prochain accès à l'application.
Par exemple, j'imprime généralement uniquement le bordereau de livraison et je suis obligé de décocher à chaque fois toutes les autres pages créées.
Il faudrait faire en sorte de mémoriser la sélection dans votre application.
Le problème a été résolu grace à l'aide Shopify par un point que je n'avais pas vu.
Finalement je suis totalement satisfait !
Ah... Ce serait une bonne chose d'arranger le petit souci du sous-total lorsqu'il y a des remises pour que ça correspondent à ce que nous avons en fait dans l'admin de la commande qui prend bien en charge les remises.
Un sous-total doit normalement être sans inclure les remises (sur la commande et la livraison). Ensuite, doivent être déduites les remises, et ensuite le total final.
Why change something that works? The names of the costumer and the sum of order doesnt shown in the invoice.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent changes to the Order Printer app. While I appreciate the new version’s ability to quickly set up and print custom packing slips, invoices, labels, and receipts, the critical issue lies in the requirement for major customizations.
The statement that “Shopify Theme Support can assist with minor customizations” does little to alleviate our concerns. For many of us who lack expertise in HTML, CSS, and coding, major customizations are now an insurmountable challenge. The need to hire third-party apps, designers, or developers incurs additional expenses that significantly impact our businesses.
As business owners, we rely on the tools provided by Shopify to serve our customers effectively. The original Order Printer app was a testament to Shopify’s understanding of our needs, and its removal has left a significant void. We are not merely users; we are your partners in commerce.
Therefore, I strongly request the reinstatement of the original Order Printer app. Please consider the collective voice of your user community, which relies on the robustness and dependability of your platform. Swift action to address these concerns would demonstrate Shopify’s commitment to supporting businesses of all sizes.

A terrible app. I can not edit to print with logo nor print address labels.
The date syntax is that of print date and not invoice date?
Please fix it asap!!!!

The previous app was better. It supported the logo being part of the invoice and allowed better formatting.
This new system is actually a let down. Worse, they're not going to let us keep using the old one.

You can't even transfer old templates... either missing something or errors

Terrible app! Shopify is forcing everyone to migrate without making it simple to do so. If you don't know how to code, it is impossible to do this. No easy way to copy an existing template across as they have changed all the variables.
SHOPIFY - You know what you have changed! Please provide us with a help page where we can simply paste our legacy template code, and the variables are automatically corrected. This will enable us to easily intergrate it into the new app.

Another senseless move by Shopify. Do not touch if it's working! You made it even worse! Variable mapping page does not have the variable SKU!!! Shopify is pushing us towards other options in the market! They are completely deaf to complaints. Why pay 2% for such arrogance?

The ability to change the output with HTML or Liquid is excellent. No other e-commerce service offers this level of freedom. Invoices could be created in a specified format.
Only one feature was reduced. That is that when you output a file as a PDF, it is output with the same file name. In the old 'order print' the order number was included in the file name, so there was no risk of overwriting the file.
Thanks to the development team for a great programme.
Please keep improving it.
