Was using this app happily until the new requirement appeared to allow the app to harvest data and also most worryingly specifically this:

MY REPLY: It's very worrying that you have to give the app permission to edit products and collections. Order printer legacy didn't requite this. Neither does any of the other apps I've installed.

They say over and over I can print pricing labels from purchase orders if I have this. Nope. Doesn't even come up as an option. And no one seems to be able to help. Just sends me the same screen on how to do it. Even though I say those drop down menu choices aren't there for me! This is absurd! The old app changed to Legacy and we have to download a new app. The new app doesn't have an option to make it easy to customize. We're so overload of work and now have to find a way to customize the template or find one that works and to make it like the old template we used to have for our store. The previous one we have paid for and done so much work for it.... What's the point ...

This new version done not show the mobile number I used all sort of variables available but it is showing blank for mobile number but address is appearing. I am trying with below code, none is showing phone number for the order -

Absolutely awful app. No preparation made for customers for the switch. No easy transfer across. Seems to be an intentional need to use a 3rd party app or developer to make things work. Worst yet is they've started messing with the legacy app which is forcing people to jump to the new app before they've made the relevant preparations.

My whole operation came to a grinding halt this morning ...

Had to hire a so called "SHOPIFY EXPERT" to fix all the code for this template to work. They said no problem, 2 days. Took 2 weeks.
Still does not look 100%. How do you even adjust the font size. It's so small it is hard to read. Not happy, why fix something that was not broken in the first place... Do better!

Broken. Wouldn't migrate our custom template and is producing erroneous results showing additional items not on order?!
