A lot of manual work to try and migrate templates. Needs a migration functionality for custom templates. If this is replacing the order printer app shopify should be handling migration for customers not making us recreate the wheel.
Even after doing all the work to manually edit the template it is weirdly different sizes in ways I cant control (tiny fonts, random extra space, etc). Worst, it cuts off the text at the bottom of the order. Half way through the shipping line it just cuts off and leaves off everything past that (order notes, etc)
Address function decided the address needs extra space added above and below that cant be controlled.

I'm only using this app to print an invoice for B2B customers when needed. Given this use, I do believe this app is an improvement compared to the legacy app. The standard template looks much better, and with some HTML knowledge you can improve the template.
Unfortunately, it is really hard to migrate your current templates if you have some custom CSS styles.

Packing list should not have price information on it.
Copy and past old templates does not carry everything over.

This app is terrible! Not only can I not customize the template, it prints blank pages. lol Please come up with something better for those of us who don't know code.

The packing list is not supposed has prices on it! We can not use it! Please follow the current order printer format.

Why.....?
The legacy app worked. It's more flexible, holds features this app doesn't and this app requires work from a specialist to convert old templates.
Furthermore, the instructions to create a template are false:

When you "open app", there are no "templates", nor a "create a template" option.

As for the 'template's option, when you open the 'Shopify Order Printer' app, you should see 'templates' appear as an option on the left-hand side of your screen. I paid for Invoice/Packing Slip template and now I have to use the basic ugly template from Shopify Order Printer. If you want to change the legacy version, you should have bring back our purchased template as well. I'm not familiar with coding, and couldn't adjust the template...
