Not impressed. Seems like another change for the sake of it. Every time something is updated it just creates more work and for no apparent reason. It's counter productive and helps nobody. It would at least be something if we were given the reason for the change. What was wrong with the original app?

I installed this because it said Order Printer would no longer be available and that this app would be better.
The order date it prints is not the date of the order, but rather the date the order was printed. This is quite irritating. Also, the default template prints very small, so is significantly harder to read than the old Order Printer.

I'll share that suggestion with our developers for consideration in future updates. It's unfortunate that the Order Printer (now called 'Legacy') is being removed. The biggest value I saw in the existing Order Printer app was my ability to have more than 2 templates, for various purposes. I even used one template as a "work order" of sorts, showing exactly what needed to be produced for the order.
The new version only supports "Invoice" and "Packing Slip", which, by the way, a packing slip should never contain pricing details by default.
Please add additional template support to allow for shop owners to generate various printouts.

As for the pricing on the packing slip, I'm pleased to let you know it's been removed. Shopify....Whats the deal here! Usually you make things easier and more user friendly. What you did was take an effective and streamline order printer and complicated it. This is difficult to navigate and set up. As business owners we do not need you making things harder for us!

The original order printer came with a variety of "look and feel" templates and looked great. I am not sure who at Shopify came up with this bad joke which we are now being forced to use.

I assumed I could just copy over the code from the old app, but it no longer works as the subtotal / total fields no longer add up. Why change something with no support or at least option to customise the look and design of the invoice?

extremely disappointed with this app, the old app was great, had my template just how I needed it for my business, new app does not support the same template, VERY DISSAPOINTED

We were happily using (the old) Shopify Order Printer. All the templates were set up perfectly.
Tried importing the code in to the new Shopify Order Printer, and it doesn't work.
Pretty poor migration strategy from Shopify. At least the old app is still working... for now...

Garbage. Requires coding knowledge to change the template. I can do it, but it'll take an afternoon as it isn't something I do on a regular basis. This not user friendly and clearly, no one checked UX before pushing this to production.
