Works well for us. It will be helpful if search and filter options added to the top.
Love the convenience, but would really love to be able to request an upgrade to the format of the receipt and I do not know how to do that--maybe making that easier is itself an improvement that could be made.
The issue I have is that the receipt is formatted such that if someone orders multiple items, the price that shows for each item above the grand total is just the unit price (3 units at $6 is $18, but the column of prices above the total just contains $6 even though the grand total is correct). I've received a couple comments on that and I myself don't have the ability to change it. I'd like to make use of this, but continuing with this issue in the receipt is going to make it difficult for me to do so, unless I find a way to manually edit each incidence of this...
Installed the app today, have already customized the documents with our LOGO. Added images of the products to the Packing List and changed the name of Invoice to Payment Receipt. Printed the first 50 Packing Slips and Payment Receipt forms. So far so good.

Works fine for me. I just needed to print a paper invoice to mail to customer's purchasing dept for them to send ACH payment. Nothing fancy, got the job done.
The templates contain metafields but there is nowhere to edit the metafield content.
A VAT invoice should be sent automatically to a customer at the time of payment (Should be part of standard Shopify) - This doesnt happen, so tried to create a Flow, there seems to be no automatic way to create an invoice and email the PDF to the customer.
These are basic ecommerce requirements that should have been in place with Shopify since they launched and should not need an app (or multiple apps) to work.
Love having a way to print a pick list, but why stop at 50 orders?? We have two print 2 or more pick lists which defeats the purpose. Please let us select more than 50 orders!!
I've been using this app for 9 years and it's been nothing but perfect! I was worried about the switch to the new update after reading the reviews, but when I finally updated, it was so simple. I worried over nothing. I read one review that said it prints out of order, but that has literally never happened to me. I really don't get the low rating, because I love it!
Not happy with the app today. Something changed or was updated. I selected 5 orders to print from the orders page and I can only get it to print one at a time. To get all 5 to print, you have to go through the app versus printing from your order page. I suspect I will be sourcing a new app in the coming days.
We have been using the Order Printer app for the past four years without any issues, but recently, we encountered a major problem—the printing functionality has disappeared from the Shopify POS. This has significantly disrupted our workflow, as we rely on the app for order processing.
Upon reaching out for a solution, I was advised to use a paid app, which is overpriced for something that has always been available for free.
