Ich bin schwer genervt, war in ewigen Chats, habe natürlich keine versierten HTML-Kenntnisse und verzweifelt versucht unsere Invoices B2B und B2C mit dieser App wieder hinzubekommen. Ein Albtraum, der viel Zeit kostet für bitte was? Ich verstehe nicht wirklich was diese neue Order Printer App soll? Gut fände ich, wenn man wählen könnte, ob man die neue installieren möchte oder einfach seine "alte" und bestens funktionierende weiterhin nutzen kann.

Still waiting on a reply which now seems closed on something as simple as a page break. Did some coding on my forms and they all work apart from Page Breaks which worked perfectly in Legacy.
I have forms that need to be printed and signed.
Why can't this have been tested first. Poor show!

Broken. Wouldn't migrate our custom template and is producing erroneous results showing additional items not on order?!

Doesn't import my current app correctly even with making the recommended changes to my existing code and the invoice total no longer calculates correctly resulting in it showing the wrong sales price.
All in all this is now a pretty pointless app.

JUNE 24 - While we were able to successfully import our template from the legacy app, there is still coding adjustments required (layout is not the same, scaling is off, header is gone). We uninstalled and re-installed the app thinking it was an import snafu, but we are still having this issue. We are eager to make this transition but need to import our template exactly as it appears on the legacy app. Please assist, we have not gotten a response from Shopify support.
JUNE 6 - As a long-time user of the legacy app, we were initially optimistic about transitioning to the newer version, however our experience has left us disappointed.
The primary issue stems from the incompatibility between our custom template, which was meticulously crafted to suit our specific needs, and the new app. Despite reaching out to Shopify's support team, who were indeed helpful in their assistance, the ultimate verdict was disheartening: our template is simply "not compatible" with the new app.
The lack of compatibility and the requirement for coding knowledge makes it inaccessible and impractical for users like us. I sincerely hope that future updates will address these issues and make the transition smoother.
