Works great! Used the sidekick ai to help me customize my layout a bit.
One of the best in its category, I have been using it for multiple device prints and it works seamlessly, the best part is customization.. highly recommended.

I'm honestly surprised by all the 1-star reviews. The app is perfect - and it’s free! It did exactly what I needed, and more. The template customisation is straightforward.
It's a pity that you can't choose the language of the invoice.

Can't print from my Ipad or phone, option doesn't even appear at the end of sale process and I can't edit the options of where order printer is visible.
I have the same problem from yesterday...
Coded in Auto margin, worked for our printer after that. Otherwise perfect.
For me I simply just needed a way to print out orders, invoices, packing slips etc. For that, it works just fine and I have no problems. Simple and easy to use.

Just installed and seems to work well. For those who wish to install their UEN Number (business registration) just include this code:
Unique Entity Number (UEN): YOUR_UEN_HERE

I think it's worth trying. If you have some IT background, it's good. I was able to write my own templates and it's of very help.
Looks like another complete and utter failure to go along with the many other failures from the Shopify development team. I'm curious as to why Shopify continues to log so many failures in a market landscape that has so many different competitors. This failure coupled with Shopify's failure to add simple dimensional shipping proves that they don't have their customers best interests at heart.

Why this app was created in the first place? Most of the liquid variables never works while those were working in the order legacy app. Worst move ever.

La lista de variables que funcionaba con order printer legacy no funciona con esta nueva app.
Too hard to customise the template unless you can understand lines of code.

This is absurd! The old app changed to Legacy and we have to download a new app. The new app doesn't have an option to make it easy to customize. We're so overload of work and now have to find a way to customize the template or find one that works and to make it like the old template we used to have for our store. The previous one we have paid for and done so much work for it.... What's the point?
Please bring back the old one for us!
