Why did you make it so hard to import existing templates?
The Original Order Printer wasn't broken - why fix it? Ok, so fix it, but make it easy for your customers to use it by auto importing our existing templates. This is a nightmare.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your questions/concerns regarding the app.

To migrate your templates, you need to copy your template's code from the legacy app, and then paste the code into the new app. However, the new Shopify Order Printer app has a slightly different implementation than the legacy Order Printer app. This means that some of your existing templates might not work initially, and you might need to make some adjustments to your template's code. What a piece of crap. Code does not work - looks like crap - very unprofessional and thrust upon us without warning - sip your coffee you billionaire who easily can take advantage of us - not happy - not good. william g.

I WAS OVERLY OPTIMISTIC. Yes it migrated but it DID NOT TRANSFER ANY OF THE "CUSTOM WORK" I HAD. Boy did I fall for their "just click through".

The migration forms look NOTHING like my existing form. Working with Support to see if they can fix it. Extremely disappointed

My template, even after importing does not even have basic things like shipping amts, totals etc. The time spent on this is crazy, wasted.

A terrible app. I can not edit to print with logo nor print address labels.

The date syntax is that of print date and not invoice date?

Please fix it asap!!!!

Please do not do this. It is unnecessary and very complicated and will not work with my logistics courier company. Please Do not make any changes begging you to let it be.

WHY? Why would you subject us to such an app? Almost useless- missing data (SKU's), hard to read- too small font, no lines, etc. etc. etc.

Going back to legacy for now then looking for something else.

Why change something that works? The names of the costumer and the sum of order doesnt shown in the invoice.

the new templates do not make any invoice totals....

while the legacy version was doing just great....
