Suddently cant not be used, and our templete just gone
Cant use customer notes in new shopify order printer. Please allow this variable.
Just an echo of what others have said; this app was fantastic when it was privately owned and developed. Since Shopify has taken it over, I've had nothing but issues. One day, without making any changes, my templates refused to print properly - thankfully a Shopify developer popped in and was able to fix whatever they had mangled. Last week, again out of nowhere, none of my product photos are printing. Code looks fine, but clearly they touched something because not even the native templates will display product images. Now I'm spending an hour arguing with a chat agent who wants me to hire a developer to fix this issue; despite the fact that I've said repeatedly this is a Shopify-supported app. Ugh. If there were another alternative, I would take it.
It just stops working after months of no issues. We can no longer scan orders, we have to manually enter order numbers because it just stopped pulling order number barcodes overnight. I've tried everything to fix it, and it just stopped working.
It's bad. Nothing to add every other review pointed it out too.
The fact that the print date is the invoice date by default speaks volumes towards the effort the programmers made creating this mess....

Doesn't Work with Shopify POS GO... they really need to update the app to allow you to print the document. You get stuck at the print screen and it doesn't engage the print module.

I have been a Shopify customer for almost 8 years and the most recent changes to this Order Printer app has completely screwed up our personalization workflow. Moving the personalized elements into notes has made this a complete, unreadable mess. If I could rate this 0 stars or negative stars I would. You made this change without letting us know or consulting us as customers -- one of the poorest moves you have made to date!

This new version done not show the mobile number I used all sort of variables available but it is showing blank for mobile number but address is appearing. I am trying with below code, none is showing phone number for the order -
{% if order.shipping_address.phone %}{{ order.shipping_address.phone }}{% endif %}
{% if order.billing_address.phone %}{{ order.billing_address.phone }}{% endif %}
please resolve this issue. It is not working in this new version. In older version it was working and showing mobile number.
Another sample of template code which I tried is below, test it on any store because in preview it shows the dummy phone number but with actual order, it does not show the phone number.

TO:
{{ order.shipping_address.name }}
{{ order.shipping_address | format_address }}
Mob: {{ order.shipping_address.phone }}
{% endif %}
Was using this app happily until the new requirement appeared to allow the app to harvest data and also most worryingly specifically this:

MY REPLY: It's very worrying that you have to give the app permission to edit products and collections. Order printer legacy didn't requite this. Neither does any of the other apps I've installed.
