It's bad. Nothing to add every other review pointed it out too.
The fact that the print date is the invoice date by default speaks volumes towards the effort the programmers made creating this mess....
Works fine. Update transferred our templates across and is good. Maybe suggest a way to view what html changes look like as you write the code.
I must say there is fantastic customer support! In moving from legacy Order Printer (once the August deadline was met), the Order Printer team was relentless is satsifying my every concern. I had a custom template that could not be easily ported to the new Order Printer. They listened to my issues and resolved them one by one responding to messages around the clock and even though several different people dealt with the template, the problems were resolved seamlessly. Thank You!
Worked for my needs. I needed an invoice and gift receipt that looked good and gave more information. This allowed me to do that easily.
Very simple , Im using it to print From and To Addresses and for order invoices. Thankyou team

So far it is working much like the old one. I did have to make a lot of adjustments to the code for the changeover. If you have anything custom in your template then you will need to put time into re-coding your template. It turned out fine for us, but I did have to do it on my own. I did get some assistance from the AI assistant bot when I went to the help pages. I typed in some of what I had issues on and it gave me some code to work with that I further adjusted. Overall we seem to like it well enough. I did notice that we have to go directly into the app to print instead of printing from our orders. It wasn't this way when I first downloaded the new app. Not sure about why it changed.
Best tool for someone , who needs end to end customisation for invoice and packaging slip without any extra cost. if you're smart enough to use ai and make things work for you.
They say over and over I can print pricing labels from purchase orders if I have this. Nope. Doesn't even come up as an option. And no one seems to be able to help. Just sends me the same screen on how to do it. Even though I say those drop down menu choices aren't there for me! Ughhh. hundreds and hundreds of labels each week from purchase orders and can't print from purchase orders! What a waste of time printing them!
