Does not allow you to see a list of contracts by plan. Does not allow you to export your subscribers. Does not give you any flexibility or management options.
it is limited - customers want to be able to add one off products to their subscriptions and can't. It's also not easy to find a customer within the app. It's very limited.
the radio buttons for subscribing are seven screens below my check out screen, no one can find not will they scroll that deep to subscribe I'm not happy
There is no customer service when help is needed, and the link to manage the subscription on the customer side never works. I constantly receive requests from my customers asking for updates.
i've tried to cancel this multiple times but i'm still getting charged
Once a customer's card expires, they update it, but it still doesn't register in the system so their order keeps declining causing me to cancel on my end for them and them starting over from scratch. I've had multiple complaints about this.
It's kinda lame that Shopify couldn't have put more attention towards the only subscription service that is offered outside of the many other expensive options I examined. This really doesn't have the flexibility needed for my business. You can't even adjust the dates charged outside of skipping or shifting my a week or monthly. I can't believe how much I pay for Shopify and how little I get for that monthly payment. It's easier to cancel a subscription and start over than to edit it. My customers can't even access their end of the subscription website.
the reporting is very weak. we cant' see next order date without clicking into contracts individually. it makes inventory management extremely cumbersome

It sucks you can't adjust the price of them. My product's price has been lowered. The subscription doesn't change.
