It is pretty limited to the use case of sending physical, subscription boxes to people. It doesn't have basic quality of life features like searching for subscribers. It's a good first step, but I'm looking to replace it after using it for a few months.

It works fine for managing subscriptions, but it’s very basic. There’s no forecasting or forward-looking reporting, which makes it hard to plan inventory, cash flow, or production as a growing business. Feels like a missed opportunity.

customers never understand how to manage subs themselves. Also would be great to enforce a minimum amount of orders before canceling. Subscriptions should just be baked into Shopify not needing a separate app.

Wish I could do more customization with the UI and selections. Ex) Bill every 3 months but ships out every month. Currently the copy says ships out every 3 months and there's no way to change that without changing the billing structure, so I need to specify that in the description of the product.

The app is ok so far. It mostly does the job but the lack of the ability to pin all the sales to a decided subscription date keeps me looking elsewhere. Please add that option.

IT WOULD BE VERY NICE TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHEN THEIR NEXT ORDER IS DUE WITOUT GOING ALL THE WAY INTO THEIR CONTRACT.

I'm grateful Shopify has created a subscription app for their stores but it would be great if customers could choose a 1 time option or then your frequency.

They also need intervals. I don't want to ship something every 1 or 2 months. I want to ask if my customers want to get something every month for 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months or more even.

And it would be great if somehow we could create digital subscriptions. I have a digital magazine people would like to subscribe to and have it automatically sent to them when the file is available. It would be better if that "months" digital subscription was in some ways manual with me adding the digital file and then being able to trigger it being sent.

Jeg mangler noget mere data omkring churn og levetid på mine medlemmer. Derudover ville det være fedt hvis man kunne lave rabatter på enkelte leveringer i et medlemskab.

It's fine, nothing great. Hard to customize. I wish I could search for my subscription contracts to be able to find them without scrolling!

I like having a free subscription option to offer to customers but it would be nice if once a customer subscribes, there were better ways to manage the inventory (i.e., always renewing even when stock says sold out) and allowing the customers to change variants. I've also received several complaints that legacy account members can't access their subscription while logged in, they have to request a code and a different login screen that is very frustrating.
